Suntuity AirWorks, a drone and UAV services firm based on the US East Coast, has announced two Public Safety demonstrations in South Florida on March 31st and April 1st of this year. Attendees will be able to experience the latest drone technology with onsite live demonstrations that use drones to improve efficiencies for standard safety hazards like search and rescue, situational awareness, forensic investigations and any hazardous materials emergencies.
Law enforcement can also use drones for active shooter and suspect pursuits, surveillance and crowd monitoring, crime scene investigations, bomb squad response, and analysis of accident scenes. Each demo will include disaster response tactics and recovering strategies all while utilizing drone technology.
According to Suntuity AirWorks’ Director of Operations, Gordon Dowrey:
“It’s important for public safety staff like firefighters and law enforcement to know what new technology is available to help improve safety and efficiency of their mission, while they work hard to ensure the safety of fellow residents … Not only are the products easy to use and low risk, but drones also improve efficiency across a multitude of verticals. It’s literally making everyone safer and more efficient.”
